- Site inspection and advice on the impact of planning policy rules upon your proposed works
- Negotiations with conservation officers on your behalf
- Preparation of full plans and documentation for the submission and obtaining of listed building consent. This includes all necessary supporting design and access statements and heritage statements, to support the proposals
- Full project management services including specialist on site attendance and monitoring of the works and administration of the building contract on our client's behalf through to completion
